I just felt like I needed to hop on here for a moment to apologize for being so MIA lately… in April, we found out that we’re baking more than just cake and cookies around here! A sweet little babe, due December. 🩵👶
Now - those that know me know that I’m not one to normally admit defeat, but I will admit that this pregnancy has been more difficult than I expected. The nausea and exhaustion, among other not-so-fun surprises, has made baking feel impossible most days. I’ve tried to take care to keep up the best I can, but things caught up with me and my body said “time to chill, girl”.
Thank you for your grace and understanding as I navigate this chapter and focus on putting the health of little man, myself, and my family first.
I hope I can be back to doing what I love - sharing sweet moments with all of you - again soon.
