We were incredibly honored today to have had the master himself in the bakery facility in the City of South Milwaukee to put the new lamination room (and us) through our paces!!

Chef Paul Bartolotta and his senior chefs, Chef Pascal Piermattei and Chef Aaron Bickham stopped by to tutor us on a new technique/item.

Chef Sean Cassel and I did our best to keep up. Sean did a great job!

Thanks again Chef Paul and team for stopping by! Milwaukee is so very fortunate to have you and the Bartolotta Restaurants!
