Afternoon Foodies!

Instead of leaving the office this evening and sitting on I-94 going nowhere, staring at Milwaukee Brewers Stadium. Pop down to Amilinda on Wisconsin Ave for a drink and the most amazing sandwich ever — made on freshly baked North Shore Boulangerie Papo Seco bread. It just came out of the oven and is heading downtown now!

Good Evening Foodies,

A quick note for everyone with reservations for tomorrow’s North Shore Boulangerie Mother’s Day Soufflé Brunch (it’s fully booked —yeh!):

As Oakland Ave is a bit of a challenge these days, we have some parking instructions: Lake Bluff Elementary School is very kindly letting us use their parking lot for this day. The parking lot is on the north east corner of the school grounds accessible via North Bartlett Avenue. We suggest that you might approach NSB on Oakland Avenue and turn west onto Lake Bluff Boulevard. Pull over near NSB and let mom and the rest of your group out of the car and they can check in with the staff and be seated. The driver can then continue west on Lake Bluff Boulevard, turning right onto Bartlett Avenue and then into the school parking lot.
