We are a local, family-owned bakery grown out of a love of good food and quality service. We bring a little bit of European café culture where boulangeries dot the neighborhoods, to the suburbs of New Jersey. Our bread and pastry are made from scratch, in downtown Millburn. reads. Our pastry program includes a wide range of croissant, puff and Danish doughs. These 'laminated doughs' are our specialty here, produced in our special cold room in the back of our facility. These layers of dough create all of the wonderfully caramelized and flaky pastry you'll experience at Liv Breads, including not only croissant, but babka, rugelach, bourekas, turnovers and fruit-filled Danish. A range of cakes and cookies complements these flaky pastry. Our menu changes regularly, in order to reflect the season at-hand. We have worked hard to source locally and use organic ingredients wherever possible. Our sandwiches and salads are crafted to highlight our breads, baked fresh each morning.
