🤎 A LITTLE NOTE FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS 🤎
As a small, family-run business, we truly put a lot of time, love, and care into every order we make. We strive to create great-quality products that our customers can enjoy and look forward to each week.
Unfortunately, when an order is canceled at the last minute or a customer doesn’t show up for pickup, we are often left with products, ingredients, and time that we have already invested and cannot recover.
Because of this, we’ve made a few small policy changes to help protect our little business and ensure we can continue doing what we love:
✨ All pre-orders will require a 50% deposit.
✨ Orders and deposits are due Wednesday.
✨ Friday pickup is after 12 PM.
✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please communicate with us by 9 AM Thursday morning.
Payment for deposits:
Venmo is our preferred method of payment. If you are unable to pay via Venmo, I can send an invoice for payment by credit card. Please note that a processing fee will apply to credit card payments.
We completely understand that things happen and plans can change. We simply ask for communication as early as possible so we have an opportunity to make adjustments.
