Wishing you all a Merry Christmas. I am still around just have not been advertising and baking only for custom orders. This time of year is always so busy not just with Christmas preparations but also the upcoming Tax season. I will not advertise until the end of Tax season but I am still baking so if you have a special request or hankering contact me and I will add it to my next bake day.

I have six Pumpkin buns $12 and a whole wheat sandwich bread $8 left over. Let me know if you are interested.
The buns just came out of the oven and are ready to go out the door. The whole wheat bread is still rising. It did not like the cool morning and mid day.
It will have about an hour more to rise before baking.

I will be offering the Pumpkin Milk Bread and pumpkin buns for Thanksgiving as well. I am limited to how much space I have in the fridge for the overnight proof so order early if you would like some. To order simply Text (915)996-6133 or IM me.

My Breads are all 100% Sourdough leavened and 90-100% organic, 100% if there are no enrichments. Milk and cheese products are not. Eggs and Honey are locally sourced directly from the producer, Water is filtered well water. Pumpkin: came from a local church, source unknown.

Pumpkin Bread
This bread is in the Japanese milk bread style which creates a super soft and fluffy crumb but can hold it‘s own for a sandwich filled to the brim.

Frosting will be on the side in a pastry bag. All you need to do is cut the tip and drizzle it however you like it best. Avoids mishaps on your way home and allows you to reheat if you like.

Crusty Loaf

Pane Pugliese
This Bread comes from the Puglia region (heel of Italy) which is hailed the bread basket of Italy.
Pugliese bread has small holes due to the dough being stretched and folded at intervals during the bread making process. This makes for a chewy heavenly texture.
Great with a bowl of Salad or soup. Makes a great Sandwich too.
