I’m less than 500 away from 5k followers. I am so incredibly grateful and feeling blessed. On October 12, 2024 I was unconscious in a trauma center. Numerous injuries because someone wasn’t an attentive driver. (The other car) I never thought I could be a professional baker again. Here I am. God is good and even though I lost my mom and brother a year after my accident I’m still standing. I’m incredibly lucky. Thank you everyone. I started my YouTube page and hope to start my cooking family stories videos in July.

Hello everyone and a blessed week to you all. Well the new item, lemon blonde bars with a thin layer of butter cream and then drizzled lemon confectionery ice on top is a hit with our focus groups aka my fabulous neighbors Bob and Sharon. Who else pops in at 7:40pm to your home bringing products to try. It’s the crazy Greek baker girl. Btw husband liked them too and yes I had one. The texture is light like your eating a cloud. I designed this recipe from scratch all because I had a dream.

My Yiayia’s and mother’s wealth wasn't measured in riches, but in their boundless generosity, which they shared.
