What’s part of our everyday routine today felt like a dream 8 years ago 🥹🤍

As Paula’s grew, we had to find ways to make more without losing what makes our alfajores so special

This enrober was one of those big steps ✨ It helps us get that perfect chocolate coating and keep up with all of you!
