Filled with housemade pistachio and walnut frangipane, orange syrup, topped with more frangipane, pistachios and walnuts, then baked until perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside.

Finished with orange syrup, powdered sugar and rose petals.

One thing about running a bakery… there’s always something 😂

Today it was a power outage right in the middle of production.

Luckily, all the deliveries made it out on time, the cinnamon rolls turned out amazing, and we survived another day 🥹💛

What I thought was going to be a slow day at the bakery… turned into one of those days that remind me why I love doing this 🥹🥐

I spent the whole morning baking, decorating, packing orders, restocking, and trying to make every croissant look as beautiful as possible.
