A very early farmers market morning with us 🌙🍪

Proofing cinnamon rolls while it’s still dark, baking trays and trays of chunky cookies, decorating everything as the sun comes up… and then making an emergency batch because you guys sold us out of Dubai and Cookies & Cream 🥹

These mornings are busy, a little chaotic, and very full of cookie crumbs, but I genuinely love them.

We also brought a brand new cinnamon roll flavor this weekend 👀 Can you guess what it is?

If it’s your first time trying us, this is what I’d tell you to get 🤭❤️

If you love fresh, citrusy flavors, try our Lemon Blueberry Lavender Cookie 🍋🫐 It’s full of lemon flavor with blueberry and just a little touch of lavender.

If you’re more of a chocolate + nut person, the Golden Hazelnut is one of my favorites, toasted hazelnuts, Dulcey (caramelized white chocolate) and Nutella 🤤

For cinnamon rolls, I’d go Blueberry if you want something super fluffy, moist and fruity… or Biscoff & Dulce de Leche if you’re in the mood for something sweeter and extra gooey.

making our lemon blueberry lavender cookies today 🍋🫐💜 this was actually one of the first flavors we ever created and somehow it’s still one of our favorites 🥹

they’re super lemony, filled with a blueberry lavender white chocolate ganache and finished with lemon glaze + a little lavender on top!!

a lotttt of work goes into these ones hahaha but sooo worth it 🤍🍋

6AM cinnamon roll decorating, packing everything fresh from the kitchen, driving it all to Aventura Mall and setting up not one… but TWO displays 😅

There’s sooo much that happens behind the scenes before you see a counter full of cookies and cinnamon rolls.

I’m usually in the kitchen, so I love the days I get to come out, set everything up, meet some of you and actually see you enjoying what we’ve been working on all week 🥹❤️

And then… the best part: seeing both displays completely full and ready for you!!

A new chapter begins. 💛

Over the past few weeks, we’ve taken some time to reflect, make big decisions, and focus on the future of Butter Moon.

This wasn’t an easy choice, but it was the right one.

We’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead and deeply grateful to every single person who has supported us along the way. Your love for our cookies and cinnamon rolls has opened doors we never imagined, and we can’t wait to keep sharing Butter Moon with even more of you.
