My adorable little great-nephew and great-niece were baptized yesterday and I had the honor of making their cake

It’s a cupcake cross cake, half chocolate cake and half vanilla cake, all filled with caramel mascarpone cream and iced with vanilla buttercream

They also got a bunch of sweet treats on the side that I’ll include in a separate post

Today I made;

banana snack cake with a cinnamon sugar topping , peanut butter chip dark chocolate brownies, a pumpkin pie with a graham cracker crust and a new recipe I came up with-

s’mores bars -thick and chewy graham cracker cookie base topped with chopped milk chocolate bars and mini marshmallows! Once they cool I’ll post pics of them sliced 😊
