A birthday cake order for a very special customer of mine.. they travel all the way from Palmer Mass (near Springfield!) every year just to get their cake and cupcakes from me. It’s been 6 years straight now! That is beyond flattering and I continue to be eternally grateful for their loyalty and patronage.

She gets the same flavors every year.. one layer of pistachio cake, one layer of chocolate cake filled and iced with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream.
Her mom always asks for Oreo cupcakes on the side, and this year she also requested a small cake of her own with the same flavors as the main cake.
The big cake is a 10 inch round the small one is a 6 inch round (I gave her 4 layers tho, so it’s tall)
