If you look at bread and your brain tells you that it’s bad, then it’s time for some re-wiring.

The people who planted that idea into your mind are the same people who did turn “bread” into a junk food in America. And they should have labeled it “processed bread substitute,” kind of like American cheese which is a “processed cheese food”.

Real bread is not the same thing. Processed bread substitutes are indeed a bad choice. Real bread on the other hand, delivers natural vitamins, minerals, fiber and energy your body needs. People have been living off of it successfully for thousands of years.

Just ask a French or Italian person if bread is bad and see what they have to say about it😉
