Say hello to our S’MORES COOKIE! 🤎🔥

This one is packed with chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, gooey marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces — basically all the best parts of a s’more baked into one BIG cookie!
And that melty inside?!

😍 Just look at it!

Our S’mores Cookie is officially joining the Bailey’s Bites Fall Menu and I’m pretty sure this one is the kids favorite!

🍪 LET’S TALK CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! 🍪

Our classic Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, buttery, packed with chocolate chips, and baked up nice and thick. 🤎

And because sometimes you just need to see that inside shot… 👀🍪

These are definitely one of those cookies that are even better when you break one open!

Just a reminder - Custom orders are always welcome! 💕

I know I said that I would share some of my cakes with y’all, so here they are! 🎂❤️

These aren’t all recent, but I wanted to give everyone a little peek at some of the cakes I’ve made and the different styles I can do.

I’m always looking forward to trying new designs, learning new techniques, and seeing what I can create next! 🧁✨

Here’s just a little look at what Baileys Bites can do! 💕

We’ve got another order headed out the door, and we couldn’t be happier to see Bailey’s Bites staying busy!

And a little confession… 😂 I am HORRIBLE at taking pictures and keeping up with social media! I’m working on getting better about sharing what we’re baking and keeping everyone updated. Bear with me while I get the hang of it! ❤️

Thank you for keeping us baking! 💜

💜 A QUICK UPDATE FROM BAILEY’S BITES 💜

Due to some personal family matters, we’ve had to make the decision to cancel our vendor spot for tonight’s Freedom Festival. We’re very sorry to miss the event and were truly looking forward to seeing everyone!

To everyone who was planning to come out and support us, thank you so much for understanding and continuing to support our little bakery. To those who had orders scheduled for pickup at the event tonight, thank you for being so flexible and willing to meet with us at another time today. We truly appreciate your understanding more than you know! 💕

We are incredibly blessed to have such amazing customers. Life happens, and sometimes plans have to change—but God knows the plan, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!
