We’re making some yummy Maple Bacon Cupcakes just for dad this weekend! 🍁🥓🧁 This recipe is what I call semi-scratch. Which means, we're doctoring up a cake mix...so shhhhh..don't tell! 🤫

Cake Ingredients
• 1 box yellow cake mix, I like Duncan Hines
• 1 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sour cream
• ½ cup melted butter
• 1 cup milk, room temperature
• 4 large eggs, room temperature
• 1 teaspoon maple extract, optional

Maple Buttercream Frosting
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 pound confectioner’s sugar
• 3 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon maple extract

Topping
• 1 pound cooked bacon, sliced finely or crumbled
• Maple syrup for garnish

We're making a beautiful sweet treat today! These are mini Pavlovas! If you've never had one, they are a light and airy dessert with a crisp outside and a soft marshmallowy center. Fill it with whipped cream or lemon curd and top it with fresh fruit and you'll have yourself a fancy little dessert.

Pavlova Ingredients
6 large egg whites, room temperature
1.5 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp corn starch
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract

Whipped Cream
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, (very cold)
2 tbsp granulated sugar

Topping
4-5 cups fresh fruit, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, sliced strawberries, etc
Mint leaves, for garnish, optional

1 TBS lemon zest
3 large eggs
1 ½ cups (188g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup (60g) sour cream or Greek yogurt
3 TBS lemon juice (about 1-1 ½ lemons)
1-2 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze Ingredients:
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar, sifted
1 ½ TBS lemon juice
1 TBS heavy cream
1 TBS lemon zest

36 Oreo cookies 1 package regular cookies (do not remove cream centers)
6 Tablespoons butter melted
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
16 ounces Cool Whip, or two 8-ounce containers, separated
7.8 ounces instant chocolate pudding two 3.9-ounce boxes UNPREPARED
2 ¾ cups milk
1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Cake Recipe
1 1/2 cups (248g) avocado oil (or veggie or canola oil)
2 cups (397g) granulated sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
4 large eggs
1 TBS (7g) vanilla extract
1 TBS (7g) ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups (240g) All-Purpose Flour
3 cups (326g) carrots, finely grated
1 1/2 cups (170g) chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted for best flavor*
1 cup raisins, optional*

Frosting Recipe
8-ounce package (227g) cream cheese, room temperature
8 TBS (113g) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups (283g to 397g) powdered sugar
1 tsp milk or heavy cream, optional*, if necessary to thin frosting

Greek Pasta Salad will be your go-to recipe this summer! It's quick to prepare and packed with delicious fresh ingredients straight from your garden!

Ingredients
16 ounces farfalle pasta
¾ English cucumber diced
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 bell pepper red or orange, diced
½ cup sliced pitted olives
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
⅓ cup diced red onion
1 cup salami (or grilled chicken), diced (optional)

Dressing
1 cup Greek dressing
OR
¼ cup red wine vinegar
⅓ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

We're making this yummy side dish for Easter! It's super quick and easy and a fan favorite! 🥦🩷

Recipe
5-6 cups broccoli florets, about 1 lb
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, not finely shredded (115g)
⅔ cup dried cranberries (85g)
½ cup crumbled bacon (60g)
½ cup salted sunflower seeds (60g), I like to toast mine for about 10 mins
⅓ cup red onion diced into small pieces (50g)

Dressing
¾ cup mayo I use Dukes mayo (175g)
¼ cup sour cream (70g)
1 ½ Tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons sugar (40g)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
