zest of 3-4 lemons
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
4 large eggs
1/2 cup lemon juice (3 to 4 lemons)

Cake Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks, 226g) butter, softened
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 TBS lemon zest
3 large eggs
1 ½ cups (188g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup (60g) sour cream or Greek yogurt
3 TBS lemon juice (about 1-1 ½ lemons)
1-2 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze Ingredients:
1 cup (120g) powdered sugar, sifted
1 ½ TBS lemon juice
1 TBS heavy cream
1 TBS lemon zest

Recipe
36 Oreo cookies 1 package regular cookies (do not remove cream centers)
6 Tablespoons butter melted
8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
16 ounces Cool Whip, or two 8-ounce containers, separated
7.8 ounces instant chocolate pudding two 3.9-ounce boxes UNPREPARED
2 ¾ cups milk
1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Cake Recipe
1 1/2 cups (248g) avocado oil (or veggie or canola oil)
2 cups (397g) granulated sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
4 large eggs
1 TBS (7g) vanilla extract
1 TBS (7g) ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups (240g) All-Purpose Flour
3 cups (326g) carrots, finely grated
1 1/2 cups (170g) chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted for best flavor*
1 cup raisins, optional*

Frosting Recipe
8-ounce package (227g) cream cheese, room temperature
8 TBS (113g) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups (283g to 397g) powdered sugar
1 tsp milk or heavy cream, optional*, if necessary to thin frosting

Greek Pasta Salad will be your go-to recipe this summer! It's quick to prepare and packed with delicious fresh ingredients straight from your garden!

Ingredients
16 ounces farfalle pasta
¾ English cucumber diced
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 bell pepper red or orange, diced
½ cup sliced pitted olives
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
⅓ cup diced red onion
1 cup salami (or grilled chicken), diced (optional)

Dressing
1 cup Greek dressing
OR
¼ cup red wine vinegar
⅓ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe
5-6 cups broccoli florets, about 1 lb
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, not finely shredded (115g)
⅔ cup dried cranberries (85g)
½ cup crumbled bacon (60g)
½ cup salted sunflower seeds (60g), I like to toast mine for about 10 mins
⅓ cup red onion diced into small pieces (50g)

Dressing
¾ cup mayo I use Dukes mayo (175g)
¼ cup sour cream (70g)
1 ½ Tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons sugar (40g)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

Hey friends! We're making a yummy fruit crumble on today's video!🍓🍒🫐 You can use fresh or frozen fruit! You could make it gluten free by using your favorite gluten-free flour or make it low sugar by using your favorite sugar substitute...I like using Truvia for the best flavor.

Crumble Layer
• 3 cups oats
• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 ½ cups melted butter, 3 sticks ( I used salted)
• ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Fruit Filling
• 4 cups fresh or frozen fruit..I'm using frozen mixed berries (if using frozen, thaw and drain liquid first)
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest, optional
• Juice of one lemon

Hey friends! We're getting crafty and making beeswax candles this week! It's super easy, they naturally have a great smell without all the added fragrances (although you can definitely add them) and they give off the coziest warm glow.

Supplies:
1 pound beeswax
½ cup coconut oil
Candle Wicks
Glass Jars

Optional Fragrance - pick only 1
30-50 drops Essential oils (rosemary, calendula, peppermint, etc)
1 oz Fragrance oil
