Hey everyone, been absent for a while as I worked on my next path.
The cats out of the bag now so figured i would share with you all. I will be running the kitchen for a new bakery & cafe that is opening in Bath Township in April. I have had the pleasure of working with the owners over the last year and a half as their right hand lady and helping them create a place of their dreams.
We will be serving some of my classics like pecan rolls and chocolate chip cookies but a lot of new stuff that we did not do at Dancing Desserts do to clientel.

Morning Star Bakery & cafe is set to open April 17 to the public serving high end coffee, matcha, pastries, bread and a carefully curated small breakfast and lunch menu with new specials popping up.
I look forward to this new journey as well as seeing old faces that i have missed and seeing new ones as well.

Hey Everyone! First I want to thank all of my customers over the years for the continued support and patronage through all the changes and ups and downs. Your the reason I keep on doing it.
You have probably seen in my posts I am working on a new adventure. Dancing Desserts will always be my baby and in my back pocket but the newborn be getting my attention.
As we get closer to revealing details of where and what the new adventure is I need to start assembling my team. soooo....

IM HIRING!
Positions will not begin till Feb/March as we are still in building phase of the building. The location will be in Bath township (near corner of Cleveland Massillon and Ghent rd).

I am looking for experienced, friendly, motivated, detail oriented people to turn this all in to a reality. Early mornings and weekend availability needed

a few positions we are looking for...
-Artisan Bread/dough maker
-Assistant kitchen manager that will be my right hand
- Line cook and back of house lead
-general pastry/cooking help

ISO: hey everyone.. ok asking for some help.

As you know we are opening a new adventure in Bath. And sticking with my usual goals I would love to try and use as much local and organic products as we can. Being in Ohio we know that is not sustainable year round but Ohio does provide some great things when it does produce.

I am looking for local farmers(fruit and veg) and beehives and butchers in the area that would like to work with us and help great produce and ingredients. We do u sweat and selling to a cafe/bakery has challenge he’s with quantity but we would love to discuss options.

We also understand we will not be open this season But while things are growing I would love to talk and sample and get providers lined up so it may help your planting season next year as well.

Hey everyone… I know I have been absent. I had surgery and have been down a while. A little life update… I have accepted a position as executive chef at a new cafe and bakery. We are in the building process still and all i can reveal is it will be located in Bath. I am not the “owner” so there will be some familiar dancing desserts recipes like the chocolate chip cookies but also a lot of fresh and different things than what was in my store front. It will still all be from my head and all from scratch still. Lots of handmade croissants in different flavors and danish etc.
I will keep everyone posted as we start revealing things.
