But if you know me, you know I can’t leave well enough alone. My style has evolved, my techniques have leveled up, and I’m in my lux era now. I keep looking at this cake thinking, “Baby… imagine what I’d do with this design today.” 😮‍💨✨

Same bold vision… just elevated. Cleaner lines. Richer textures. More details. More drama. More luxury.

Can we talk about sifting flour for a second? 👀🍪

When I first started baking, I honestly didn’t understand why recipes kept saying to sift the flour. I thought, “It’s all going to get mixed together anyway.” 😂

Then one day I made a batch of cookies, and they had random dry pockets of flour in them. I couldn’t figure out what happened. That’s when I learned those little steps in a recipe aren’t just there for decoration.

Sifting helps break up clumps… I learned

Every mistake I’ve made in the kitchen has made me a better baker. That’s why I always say baking is a journey—you never stop learning. ❤️🍪

The story isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and getting better with every order.
