Today’s event was postponed, so I had some fun at home playing around…. I came up with Chocolate Chip Cookie Tiramisu! Yup, you read that right!!!!

I swapped out the traditional lady fingers and loaded it up with chocolate chip cookies for a rich, delicious spin on a classic favorite!

Let's just say Dan couldn't wait for photos before digging in... quality control is a tough job, but somebody has to do it! 😆

This creamy, coffee-kissed dessert with a chocolatey crunch might just become your new favorite treat.

Keep an eye out — my Chocolate Chip cookie Tiramisu may be making appearances on the trailer at select events this season! Be sure to stop by and grab a serving before Dan gets to it first! 🤣 Also available for custom orders as well if you can’t wait

I’m sad to say the forecast looks bad for today and the clinic (rightfully so) has canceled today’s food truck event. It’s sad but I appreciate their concern for your safety as well as ours.
With that said I have some S’more and Oreo cookies available if anyone wants to grab.

want a s'more cookie??? i'll be at the Marshfield clinic food truck event wendnesday 10:30-2 and then the hospital side 4-7:30, don't miss out. in the morning there will be 8 trucks, all local vendors!
