Hello and welcome! 🤗 I've gained quite a few of you over the last week so I figured I'd reintroduce myself.
My name is Anna ( pronounced on-uh, hence the name. It's a nickname I've had since high school)
I started baking in 2016 when I took a job with House of Bread. There, I learned that baking is a science. Tom and Ann taught me quite a bit. After a couple of years, I left and got a job working for an up and coming business in Port Lavaca called Mad Batter Cheesecakes. There I learned and taught myself a lot. I put a lot of love into what I make, giving my all. After five years and much crying, I finally left. I launched this baking page and have only done custom orders since then. I do a little bit of everything. I try not to limit myself without overdoing it either. Balance.
I'm just a girl, taking a chance on herself, after realizing I deserve so much more than I've been allowing my whole life. I take pride in anything I do.
This isn't my only means of income. I do have another job! I ask for three weeks in advance so I can plan accordingly. ( I don't want to rush things for you!)
I try to sell things for a decent price cause it's tough for everyone. But, that shouldn't stop you from getting delicious treats!
