‼️ Here is the UPDATED menu for tomorrow's bakestand! I take pride in what I serve, so I don't want to sell items not up to my normal standard. So once again, I apologize for no sourdough loaves 🥲

FYI:
✨ I do want to be clear; these are all sourdough discard & yeast items. This means unfed sourdough starter is used for flavor & texture rather than active starter that includes long fermentation times. These will still have some mild digestive benefits, but not as much as active starter items. Still homemade with all the clean ingredients & love! Hopefully this makes sense 🫶

‼️EDITED TO ADD: I am so sorry to disappoint any of y'all, but I will NOT have any 100% sourdough loaves this weekend. My starter is not acting up to par and I would rather give it some rehab than risk selling y'all gummy loaves 🙅‍♀️

I will be making sourdough discard items in place of the true fermented sourdough loaves. If Doughrothy gets her act together sooner rather than later, I'll let ya know! I truly appreciate all your support 🤍

This was a quick seasoned focaccia I made with ramakin's baked into the middle to fill with chimichuri seasonings, balsamic & olive oil for dipping. It was definitely one party pleasing appetizer!

I have decided not to open this weekend due to the weather. Y'all stay safe and stay tuned on when I will be open next! The next menu will be different from the last. I have been having lots of people ask about hamburger buns so those just might be included 😉🍔
