We’re so excited to introduce our newest loaf: Pane Toscano — Tuscan-Style Unsalted Sourdough!

If you’ve ever been to Tuscany, you may know that traditional Tuscan bread is famously made without salt. It’s simple, rustic, and designed to let the flavor of the wheat and the sourdough truly shine.

Growing up in Tuscany, this bread is a taste of home for me. ❤️ I wanted to recreate that simple, rustic loaf that reminds me of the bread I grew up eating — and we think we nailed it!

✨ No salt added. Just sourdough, flour, water, and a whole lot of Italian memories. 🇮🇹
