Brothers Bakery Brothers Bakery Brothers Bakery is owned and operated by Ryan Lecompte Malamud. It is important for us to take care of our customers impeccably.

Ryan is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with degrees in both The Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts. Ryan’s training and passion has resulted in an Oasis of great Bread, Pastries, Cakes, Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, and Daily Specials. All of Brothers Bakery breads and pastries are made from scratch, by hand, using the finest and freshest ingredients and time honored technique.

Brothers Bakery’s artisan breads, wedding cakes and pastries are served in many of the area’s finest restaurants including Silver K Cafe in Johnson City, Kingsland Coffee, The Bottle Shop, Black Star Coop, and The Dig Pub. Brothers Bakery offers a variety of box lunches, and pastry, bread and party trays, perfect for office & staff meetings, special occasions, and a great lunch! You can phone or fax your box lunch order in ahead of time, and we’ll have it ready for a convenient pickup.

Opa! Do you recognize those buns?! Those are Brothers Bakery brioche buns on a Greek burger. We love eating at Yamas Greek Kitchen+Bar so much that they started to carry our brioche buns and sourdough bread a few months ago. Don't forget to make reservations (especially on the weekends - it does fill up). This is hands -down the best place to celebrate a special birthday or anniversary - they bring out a made-from-scratch Greek desert with a sparkler.
