Brothers Bakery Brothers Bakery Brothers Bakery is owned and operated by Ryan Lecompte Malamud. It is important for us to take care of our customers impeccably.

Ryan is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with degrees in both The Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts. Ryan’s training and passion has resulted in an Oasis of great Bread, Pastries, Cakes, Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, and Daily Specials. All of Brothers Bakery breads and pastries are made from scratch, by hand, using the finest and freshest ingredients and time honored technique. Brothers Bakery’s artisan breads, wedding cakes and pastries are served in many of the area’s finest restaurants including Silver K Cafe in Johnson City, Kingsland Coffee, The Bottle Shop, Black Star Coop, and The Dig Pub. Brothers Bakery offers a variety of box lunches, and pastry, bread and party trays, perfect for office & staff meetings, special occasions, and a great lunch! You can phone or fax your box lunch order in ahead of time, and we’ll have it ready for a convenient pickup.

We are getting so excited for fall and excited for making your Thanksgiving pies, rolls and breads. Pie menu coming in Nov. Please plan ahead: Nov. 21 Sat we will not be open at the bakery but we will be at Torr Na Lochs vineyard and winery near Burnet for their Sip and Shop. It's a really fabulous event with local vendors including olive oils and one of our fav vendors - a jam maker who uses quality simple ingredients. It's a rain or shine event. If it's raining, the event will be indoors. Bring your camera for their beautiful views and longhorn herd (but don't kiss them).

Craft made marshmallows $10 a bag while supplies last. Ryan just finished up these up yesterday. (s'mores size- or cut with sissors smaller of you like for hot cocoa). The store marshmallow ingredients scare us so he makes them from time to time. The recipe uses Organic Agave syrup, vanilla we got from Mexico, Bob's Red Mill Cassava flour, sugar, gelatin and water Gluten friendly too! See you Friday and Saturday 10-2.
