I've been working on being able to take orders for things to pick up on Friday and Saturday. Of course I don't want to over promise. I have made a new telephone number just for retail customers wanting to order bakery goods. 830-222-0257. Please understand that the order cutoff is Wednesday evening so please think ahead. I will try to accommodate late requests but cannot guarantee production after that. Hopefully this will enable you to get what you want. Thank you for your support!

Why hasn't the USA banned bromated flour like other countries (especially in Europe and like Canada)? Read labels, your store-bought bread could contain this carcinogen. Ryan uses King Arthur non bromated, non GMO flour at the bakery. He pays a lot of money for carefully selected ingredients to provide you a cleaner product.

Bromated flour, which makes breads and crusts stretchy and springy (and cheap), is among the carcinogens forbidden in pending state legislation.

We will be open Fri and Sat 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. These have been our hours for the last few months and may expand another day at one point. He works hard many days a week and also delivers to fine restaurants from Marble Falls to Austin (and in between). Ryan's been working so hard night and day to make improvements to the visitors' side of the bakery. Come and see what he's done - and let him load you up on fresh baked goods too.
