Orders are now Open! Fruit and Nut lovers, your wait is over!
Maple Pecan is taking a break while my supplier restocks the pecans, but they will be back in November! Until then, enjoy those creamy soups and chowders with plain or a cheddar and chive loaf. And while you're at it, a fruit and nut or cinnamon raisin for a warm breakfast in coming frosty mornings.

Chocolate Swirl is back, and Cheddar and Chive--the loaf that will make your whole house smell divine!

Having company? Pro tip: order a whole (unsliced) loaf (freeze it if you're waiting until the weekend), dampen the crust by placing it under the faucet (yes, get it WET), and place in your oven on a cookie sheet (best to have parchment below) at 325 until warmed through. Your guests will be impressed, trust me!

Just couldn't bring myself to cut any of these delicious flavors, so I have a HUGE menu again this week! They ALL belong on your table: some for breakfast (Maple Pecan), some for turkey sandwiches (looking at Cranberry Sunflower), some for chili (hi, Three Cheese) and some just for good old split pea soup (Classic or Sesame, can't go wrong). Wow was that a busy week! We saw the awesome folks of Manlius Senior Activity Centre on Tuesday and set up a table at the Village of Manlius, NY SwanFest on Saturday! You can bet I am taking today to rest up, but good bread waits for no man, which means orders are OPEN for pickup on Thursday, Oct. 1.

We have quite a few new followers thanks to the always amazing Town of Manlius Police Department and their super kind Facebook post about our business. If you're just tuning in, welcome, welcome! We are so glad you're here and we can't wait to bake for you this week!

Ok, this menu is HUGE because I can't help myself with the maple and the cheese (I'm working on it)! And I even forgot to include cranberry sunflower on this graphic, which I'll have available in limited quantities (a couple customers specifically requested it for this week).

Ordering takes place online at www.hotplate.com/ivorytower now through Tuesday at midnight. You'll get reminder texts when your order is ready for pickup, and remember we have TWO pickup sites 1. my home on Marangale Rd., and 2. Manlius Supply Co. where you'll find all the fixings you need for this week's dinners. We'll see you Thursday!!
