This one hurts to write.
NWKS… you’ve shown up for me over and over again. You’ve kept me busy, supported my cookies, and honestly helped carry this little dream of mine. I will never be able to fully say thank you for that. 🤍
But the last several trips… they’ve all had hiccups. Something has gone wrong every single time. I’ve tried making it work — driving back and forth, coordinating drop-offs, even attempting to ship orders — and USPS has absolutely kicked my butt. Lost cookies, delays, broken orders… it’s been heartbreaking on my end.
And I hate even saying this…
For now, I have to pause NWKS orders.
The only way I can reliably get cookies to you right now is if I just bring the extras with me and post only when I get there. I just can’t keep risking orders not getting to you the way they should.
This weekend is a perfect example — a big group of orders, and everything didn’t go as planned. It’s moments like that that make me realize something has to give, at least for now.
Please know this is not forever. NWKS is home to me in so many ways, and I will keep trying to find a better, more reliable solution.
