We’ve finally understood some of the quirks of our new oven and the bagels are back to their old selves 🙂

One of the joys of being a small-batch bakery is the freedom to experiment. Sometimes our creations turn out exactly as we imagined, and other times not so much.

The good part is baked goods (even failed ones) make great ice cream.

We know how hard it is to find ice cream with gluten-free mix-ins like cookies, cake, pretzels, and more. That’s why we're committed to offering ice cream that everyone can enjoy, even those who usually miss out on these delicious, complex flavors.

We're thrilled to introduce our new ice cream line to the freezer, starting with this week’s flavor: Chocolate Babka.

Happy Friday 🌟

Good news: we’re expanding our hours to serve you better. Starting next week, we’ll be open on Tuesday and Wednesday for coffee and anyone interested in our frozen items or grocery section. Come by and enjoy a warm cup of coffee or grab some delicious treats for home!

From Thursday through Saturday, we'll continue to offer fresh bread and pastries. 🍞

It is with mixed emotions that we are announcing a new chapter for Dishon Bakery. We will be moving the bakery out of state and continuing our journey elsewhere.

Thanks to all of our loyal customers and followers who’ve helped us grow during these last few months. We are overwhelmed by the amount of support and positive feedback we’ve had, and can’t thank you enough.

We are not closing the bakery, and hope to continue serving the community in a different configuration. Stay tuned for the next steps!
