Good morning! ☀️

I am really enjoying the warm weather and strawberry season so much my creative side started dreaming up new flavors, and this summer-inspired creation was born: Strawberry Lemonade Cuddle Cakes. 🍓🍋

They start with a strawberry blondie layered with silky lemon ganache, then are enrobed in a creamy, tangy lemon coating for that classic strawberry lemonade flavor in every bite.

Sometimes the best creations come from a season, a memory, or simply a beautiful day. This one feels like summer wrapped up in dessert form.

Cheers to sunshine, strawberries, and all the sweet flavors of the season! ☀️

✨ Behind the Scenes ✨

Working with just one oven wasn't cutting it anymore! 😅

So I added a countertop oven to the bakery setup, and let me tell you... this little gem is amazing! 💕🍪

Now I can bake twice as much at once, which means more scones, more cookies, and a lot less waiting around for trays to finish. 🙌

It's funny how the little things can make such a big difference. Tonight I'm wrapping up the day grateful for a bakery that continues to grow, one upgrade at a time. 💗
