Rise and Chai I specialize in New York–style bagels and artisan breads. My journey began with my daughter’s love of everything bagels—and her inability to eat poppy seeds.

What started as a workaround quickly became a passion for creating thoughtfully crafted breads.

There is something incredibly special about gathering with friends who have known you through every version of your life. Decades may fly by, but when you sit down together, the laughter feels exactly the same.
I had the absolute joy of baking for this beautiful reunion of women who have been by each other's sides for over three decades. To honor a bond that sweet, only a truly special handmade treat would do!
