Okay so hear me out…. s’mores kits.🍫 Everything you need in one bag for your kiddo to make a couple of jumbo s’mores?! An idea I had the other night and today I tested out jumbo honey graham crackers, long fermented with my sourdough starter! These would be perfect for those summer nights by the fire.🙌🏾 Let me know what you think!

🌸UPDATE🌸

Dill Havarti artisan bread just added to the weekly menu!! The dill i’m growing is raging and needs used, so what not a better pair than with chunks of havarti cheese . I can imagine the grilled cheese now🥳🍞

Ordering for the week is open! New this week we have lemon blueberry sweet bread, and double chocolate muffins. I also brought back cinnamon rolls! Porch pickup is offered, and I’ll be at the Clinton county farmers market on Saturday!

Happy dough day!!! It’s been a crazy but good one! You all wiped me out of blueberry muffins, scones, and bread at Sweet Joy so I dropped off more scones and muffins today. Bread will be delivered tomorrow! Thank you all so much 🫶🏾🥹

Happy Monday my friends! I have a lot to say this morning 😂

I wanted to start by letting you know that the menu is posted for the week. Everything from last week is back again and we brought back lemon blueberry scones this week. Woo hoo!🫐 I have porch pickup and farmers market pre- orders available in the link below.

Next, I’m busy prepping today to drop off to Sweet Joy tomorrow morning! I didn’t get to drop off this past weekend as life was hectic,so my apologies.😁

I also wanted to let you know that I was notified the ordering service I use, hotplate, is raising their fees and such (🙄) which ultimately would fall on the customer.. BUT I have changed the settings to where I now spilt 50% of the fees with you all so you’re not paying all of that nonsense. Lastly, they will be implementing a rewards systems for returning customers which I’m super excited about, so hopefully that will be coming soon! I was trying to come up with something of such but seems they beat me to it!

Today is the last day to place orders for the week. Tomorrow, I’ll turn my kitchen and dining room into the bakery and start getting to work on prepping dough. I look forward to it because yes busy, it’s also so relaxing and rewarding.

I taught my first sourdough class yesterday and it was so much fun!! A group of ladies met at one house, had snacks, drinks, and learned to make a loaf of bread! We got to taste test a loaf, and everyone got a loaf to bake at home as well as some of my starter, Dough Burrow!
