✨A couple hundred new faces here so I felt it was time for a proper introduction and share some facts about me.

Hello! Im Amina, the baker behind the account and this crazy operation. I’ve been baking sourdough for 2.5years and I’ve enjoyed learning along the way. I have a wonderful husband, Brandon and together we have 3 daughters all under 5 years old. (yes, we know our hands are full) lol

I’m hoping to be known for sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls, and pastries. They are the reason I’ve fallen in love with baking!

Before baking I was a nurse in the intensive care unit.

I’ve always loved to cook and have baked occasionally. My husband still talks about the cake I made for him when we first got together that I’ll probably never make again. Cakes are HARD.🤣

Some of my hobbies are reading, sports, coloring, embroidering, and trying new restaurants. I love seafood it doesn’t matter what kind.

My favorite color is purple and I love anything checkered print. 🏁

I’m probably always cold. It will be 90 degrees(like today) and I’m still reaching for my heated blanket.

I grew up in Wilmington, Ohio. That small town will always have a piece of my heart. 💗

✨Sneak peak of next weeks menu which goes lives tomorrow at 12pm.

Thank you everyone who picked up their orders today. I greatly apologize to those who came and had to wait for their orders. We have made some changes so next weeks pickup can run smoother. When placing an order you’ll now see a couple pickup windows. This will help us prioritize which orders need to be out the door first so no one is waiting. We’ve also secured even more help in the bakery for next week allowing us to hopefully handle high volumes better.

As always, thank you for continuing to support our business even through this time of growth. We appreciate all of you!
