The perfect fall treat!
A delightful blend of apple pie and cheesecake

Sea salted caramel apple pie cheesecake with layers of Graham crackers, no bake cheesecake, apple pie filling, caramel and whipped cream and topped with an oatmeal cookie crumble. Holy smokes!!!

Last night I was loving the Tort cake so I wanted to make another. My kids do not like frosting so I kept it naked and added whipped cream to the top to keep it a true strawberry shortcake

Looooove how this turned out. Yep a skinny rectangle Tort cake!!! Layers of cake, pastry cream and mousse. Topped with a light vanilla buttercream. Cake size is 10.5in by 5in. Enough for 10 generous pieces or cut those in half to make 20 smaller pieces.

Just some fun Halloween colored treats. These were for a surprise baby reveal "somethings brewing!"

So far my favorite girlie cake this year...

The berries, macarons, simple flowers, wafers and pearls. And then just the elegant crescent design on top and then again on the bottom of the opposite side. The cake is ombred which is still a pretty popular request.

I would definitely want this cake if it were for me!

Flavors I'd go with: almond cake for sure! Maybe an almond filling and then a nice Chantilly berry frosting.
