Next door is looking super clean and pretty! Just needs some finishing touches and sink installations before we are able to move in our big bakery tools and finish permitting!🙌

Daily Bread got a new toy!!!

Okay this is a GAME CHANGER!🙌

After slicing more loaves by hand than I’d ever care to count, this feels like pure luxury. Our new bread slicer is officially up and running and I am OBSESSED!

It’s kind of crazy thinking about all the little upgrades we’ve made as the bakery has grown. Things that used to take forever are slowly getting a whole lot easier, and this one is definitely going to save us some serious time every week.

Just a very normal week around here… stocking up on over 1000lbs of flour and casually turning a dentist office into a bakery 😅

The new space is coming along and we’re getting more excited every time something changes next door! We are so close!✨

The Madison Outdoor Market is OVER for the season but great news! We will be open one last Thursday evening! Stop by THIS Thursday night and be sure to grab your favorite sourdough goodies for the week.🙌🍞

Starting NEXT week we will be changing our Saturday hours to try to accommodate everyone from 8am-2pm to 10am-6pm! 🫶

✨We’re growing again✨

Daily Bread Sourdough Bakery is looking to add two new team members as we head into this next season of growth!

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who are comfortable in a fast-paced bakery environment. Experience is always a plus, but a good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important to us.

Both positions will be part-time, with hours varying depending on production needs. Early mornings and some weekend availability may be required.

If you’re interested in joining our little bakery team, please send us a message with a little about yourself, your availability, and any relevant work experience!

A little peek at what life behind the scenes has looked like lately. Busy bake days, lots happening in the kitchen and somehow always another coffee run 😅🫶

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but every once in a while I look around and think… how did we get here?! So grateful for this little bakery, the people who keep it going and all the ways God continues to bless it.

✨Bakery Things✨

We got a brand new toy! A massive mixer! We are able to fit well over 500 cookies worth of dough in this bad boy. So thankful for a tool like this.
I can’t wait to mix so much dough in this thing. 💪

Also, we have a fun new focaccia flavor! It has sautéed mushrooms, shredded imported swiss cheese, thick cut bacon, and fresh green onion! All baked to bubbly perfection.
I’m obsessed and I think you will be too. 🤩

Renovations are also happening so quickly! All credit to my husband for being an absolutely amazing human being. The end is in sight!

As always we will be open and ready to serve you tomorrow from 8am-2pm and 5-8pm!

✨Bakery Delivery✨

Our expansion is officially getting underway, and today THREE truckloads of brand new bakery equipment arrived! Seeing everything show up makes it all feel so real. This new space is going to give us room to make even more of the breads and pastries you all have been asking for, and I honestly can’t wait to show you what’s coming!

And don’t forget- this week’s preorders are open now and close Wednesday at 8 PM! If you’ve been wanting fresh sourdough, bagels, cinnamon rolls, or cookies for Saturday, be sure to get your order in before they close!🥖✨
