I hope everyone had an amazing Memorial Day weekend while keeping in mind the reason why we get the chance to celebrate!🫶🇺🇸

✨Danishes✨

This little baker prepped way too many danishes for today! I’ll be playing with flavors all day long as they go in and out of the oven so come on in to grab some while they are fresh! 💕

So far we have -
Blueberry
Cherry Almond
Plain Cream Cheese

I’ll probably do some with strawberries and chocolate and maybe some others!
If you need some cheeriness on this gloomy day- fresh sourdough danishes are the perfect thing!✨

✨BIG NEWS✨

Starting in June, we’ll officially be open every Thursday evening from 5–8pm during the Madison Village Outdoor Market! 🙌🥖

If you know us, you know late hours are basically unheard of around here- but the village atmosphere on Thursday nights is just too sweet to pass up! Fresh bread, warm evenings, live music drifting through downtown, little market stands, and the bakery glowing at sunset? We’re so excited already!

So this summer, every Thursday evening, you can stop by after work for fresh sourdough, pastries, desserts, and all the cozy bakery goodness while enjoying everything happening in the village.✨

We’re excited to stay open a little later, meet new faces, and be part of such a fun community night each week.🫶

We will still have our normal daytime hours from 8-2 as well!

See you Thursday nights this summer! ☀️🥖🤍

A HUGE congrats to all of the graduates attending their ceremony today! We will be giving out a FREE pastry to all of the grads who bring in their new shiny diploma! 🎓

This community is amazing and I love you all so much! We will be here till 2 to satisfy all of your sourdough needs!💕

After spending years now baking 1000’s of loaves of bread- I still get giddy when I see a a super beautiful crumb 💕✨

I had a couple of lovely customers ask if I could slice their loaf with my trusty hand crank slicer and I couldn’t help but snap a pic! Every loaf is beautiful but as a baker- this one made me so happy!🫶

✨Employee Appreciation✨

Running a small bakery means early mornings, long days, flour everywhere, and a whole lot of teamwork- and I truly could not do this without the incredible people beside me every day. 🤍

From prepping dough before sunrise to helping customers, cleaning up endless messes, packing orders, and keeping this place running smoothly, each person here pours so much hard work and care into what we do.

Daily Bread wouldn’t be what it is without this team. Thank you for believing in this little bakery dream and helping it grow into something so special for our community!✨

I’m so grateful for every one of you- not just for the work you do, but for the laughter, dedication, love, and heart you bring into the bakery every day!
