✨ Growth Looks Good on Me — Especially in Cake Form ✨
Swipe to see what 5 years of passion, practice, and a whole lot of Oreo crumbs can do. 🤭
The first photo is my very first attempt at an Oreo cheesecake — 4 years ago. I remember being so proud of it, even though I was still learning textures, balance, and how to make a dessert look as good as it tasted.
Fast-forward to the second photo — taken just 2 years ago — my Oreo Cheesecake Cake, layered, structured, and covered in a black Swiss buttercream that I made completely from scratch. Rich, silky, dramatic, and honestly… the glow-up is REAL. 🔥
I’ve come such a long way as a baker, and looking back reminds me just how far dedication and love for the craft can take you. Every cake teaches me something new, and I’m nowhere near done growing.
Here’s to progress you can taste. 🖤🍪
And if this is what 4 years of growth looks like… just imagine what I’ll be creating 4 years from now. Stay tuned — the best is still rising in my oven. ✨
