I won’t be taking fresh bread to Café 23:5 today as planned. My dad is in the hospital in critical condition, and our family is taking things one day at a time right now. Thank y’all so much for understanding and for keeping our family in your prayers! ❤️

There’s a LOT that happens before this stage—mixing, fermentation, shaping, scoring, baking… and plenty of practice in between.
