I believe bread brings people together. There’s something special about gathering around the table with the people you love and sharing a good meal and a loaf of real bread made with quality ingredients. I’m passionate about milling our own flour and making bread without preservatives and unnecessary ingredients. And YOU are the reason I keep milling and baking. So now, I need your help! A personal update ❤️ My Daddy is in the hospital, and right now, my family needs me. Because of that, I’m making a few changes at Southern Bread Company for the time being:

• Tuesday’s Sourdough 201 class is cancelled. If you were registered, please check your email for an important update from me regarding your registration and refund!

• I’m pausing bread preorders for the time being. I don’t have a definite timeline for when they’ll reopen, but I’ll keep y’all posted.

• I will still be baking fresh sourdough for James Store next Friday, so if you’re looking for a loaf, you’ll still be able to find me there!

Thank you all for giving me the space to be with my family right now. Your prayers, kindness, and patience mean so much 😊
