So this micro-bakery started with one challenge… “Can I make bread?” Of course, I would pick the hardest kind to do which is sourdough. I started learning how to bake it in the fall of 2024. Most of last year I was only baking for family and friends until I started receiving pre-orders and a business was created.
My first farmers market was in Slaton in August of last year. Now, I have a permanent spot at the Wolfforth Farmers Market.

The market has grown to the point where I need help, and this is where my siblings stepped in. They ran the stand today without me since I was playing golf today and I didn’t have the energy to go. 🥹

This has somehow now become a family business, so thank you to everyone who has ever bought a loaf or tried a sample. Excited for the future!
