Now you get your monthly macaron delivery, plus extras for one price, and delivered automatically to your door on the fourth Friday of every month!

Here’s the perks:

• One box of macarons-you choose from small or large, filled with assorted macarons PLUS at least one new flavor from next months menu.
• A second item of our choosing, could be on or off menu, packaged beautifully to keep or gift to others
•Free box of macarons after six consecutive months of subscription
•Additional member only discounts
•Cancel anytime

Lastly, you can subscribe at any time, but orders received before the 15th of any month will be delivered that month. Orders after the 16th will be delivered the following month. You will be billed the same day every month until you cancel.

Process: Double Washed
Elevation: 1700 - 1900 MASL
Roast Level: Light

It is an amazing double washed processed bean from Embu County of Kenya with an incredibly complex flavor profile. We got hints of baking spices, fruity and floral notes with vanilla and caramel. We've settled on these specifically though- cardamom, mandarin orange, burnt sugar, and vanilla. The wonderful thing about this variety though, depending on how you choose to brew, you will be able to pick up hints of different flavors and intensities. I absolutely love this graphic.

I’ve been working with new recipes on the shells to improve some things and yesterday was a whole lot of cracked shells. It’s very frustrating when you can’t mail down the problem and I’m throwing away product. 😢

But we keep going!!! 💙Because the best things come from a little (or a lot) of hard work! 🥰

Every one of these is a custom order between now and April 1st which is only 10 weeks away.

This doesn’t include any of our pre-orders or markets which require on hand inventory.

I share this because many people ask why I require at least three weeks notice for custom orders. I want to keep the most reasonable prices and give the very best product experience to you all. To do that it takes planning, prep and ex*****on. Trips to the store take time and gas!! Ordering online takes time and research for quality products. Baking and decorating takes time. I have an already systematic schedule to do grocery and supply shopping that limits gas and time to save you money!

I absolutely hate turning away orders, and I promise I listen to every request and budget my time to make sure I can provide a great product for your special occasion. I use real, high-quality ingredients you can read on the label and bake everything fresh for you. I don’t keep premade or instant mix on hand.

So in short, YES I gladly make custom cakes but it’s based on availability. Please book early.

I only require a small deposit up front, and I offer payment plans for larger orders at least three months out!! Final balance is due three weeks before your event and I always confirm all details before I take final payment so you still have some flexibility of something changes. I know life happens.

It’s and we’ve had such a successful month of sourdough baking and because of our amazing customers—a new flavor was added to the menu.

After this weeks baking of sourdough we will put our starter to rest while we focus on the already popular Valentine’s Day menu.

Sourdough will make a monthly appearance on our website for online orders only. It will go live on the 15th and delivered the last Friday of the month. More announcements will be made.
