Generous Cookie Co. crafts gourmet cookies in small batches using non-GMO, unbleached flour, Belgian chocolates, and single-origin spices. Cookies contain no preservatives, no corn syrup, and no artificial colors or flavors.

A percentage of profits is donated to non-profit organizations, and unsold cookies from markets are donated to the local food pantry. This helps prevent food waste while advancing the company’s mission to be a light in people’s day.

Every cookie that is purchased not only supports a dream to give comfort and warmth to the people around us, but to also make an impact on the people in the greater community of Los Angeles and abroad.

A soft and tender chocolate cookie base with 66% Belgian chocolate chips is filled with homemade chocolate ganache made with Belgian chocolate and organic heavy whipping cream and sprinkled with powdered sugar on top.

Checking in with a quick note:

I've been taking time to be offline in order to prioritize my mental health and my nervous system. Frankly, for some time now, circumstances in my personal life have impacted how I've been able to show up for this one-man cookie business.

My silence or absence on social media is not a sign of indifference. Not every action needs to be loud or visible.

On Friday, protests took place nationwide. It's been inspiring to see small businesses give a portion of their sales or profit to organizations like CHIRLA and others to help support immigrant rights and to stand up for change.

As the son of immigrants, I'm going to continue running Generous Cookie Co. with the intention to bring joy and uplift the spirits of people in our community.

Every quarter, Generous Cookie Co. donates a percentage of profit to non-profit organizations. Not just as a one-time thing when breaking news occurs, but as an ongoing pursuit to make the world a better place. A place where humanity, kindness, and love can thrive.

With Generous Cookie Co., my hope is that you'll be encouraged and inspired to give back, support others, and be a light in someone's day. Not out of ego or pride, but from a heart posture of service for the betterment of others.

Thanks for your support in 2025!

Generous Cookie Co. doesn’t make it to year 2 without you.

- 17 pop-ups
- 3 limited-edition flavors
- $878.29 donated to non-profits ($50 donated to for Q4)

In 2024, I did 40 pop-ups. In being more intentional with the events I said yes to, revenue was actually slightly higher.

While this is positive, the rise in cost of ingredients made this year tough.

Example: the Belgian chocolate I use went from $6.54/lb to $11.99/lb 🫠

It’s easy to look at a business or person on social media and think they’re thriving, when they’re really just surviving to see the light of another day. ❤️‍🩹

Running a small business is no joke. And when you do decide to purchase from a small business, that decision of yours truly matters. Just ask any small business owner, and they’ll tell you.

I’ve been quiet on here lately, and that’s intentional. I’ve been taking some time to recharge and reset so that I may enter this upcoming seasoned renewed.

Personal issues have impacted the amount of effort and the kind of effort I’ve been able to put into growing Generous Cookie Co. I want to make sure that my cup is full so that I can show up from a place of overflow.

Given all the circumstances, this has still been a great year. Another chapter in this marathon is complete.

I’m still here. I’ll still be baking cookies. I’ll still see you at pop-ups. It’s just going to be at my own pace. The beauty of that is I can ramp things up whenever I want.

I’m still on a winter break, but you should sign up for the SMS list in my bio so you can get a text when cookies are available next!

This venture has always been about bringing joy to people and making a positive impact in our community. That won’t change.

More than anything, I’m grateful for small business friends, every single person who has purchased a cookie, and for the people who continue to come back for more.

Cheers to more healing, more joy, and more cookies. I’m looking forward to being in community with you in 2026.🥂

Generous Cookie Co. is now 2! 🎉

Back in November 2023, I started this little venture with a dream to make good cookies with good ingredients to bring joy to the people around us.

This pursuit has always been about making a meaningful impact in my community. I feel like I haven't even started, and there's still a lot of work to do. But I'm thankful to be here.

Q3 2025 in Review:

After 3 pop-ups and 9 online orders between July-September, Generous Cookie Co. was able to donate $94.68.

This was split between two incredible organizations helping our unhoused population and to fight against food insecurity.

Now more than ever, with the shutdown of the federal government and the loss of crucial SNAP benefits that millions of people rely on, food banks need support to feed those in need.

Through the Eats to the Streets Street Vendor Partnership Program, is purchasing food from street vendors who aren’t safe on the streets and serving this food to unhoused neighbors.

When you buy a cookie from the Generous Cookie Co., you’re making a meaningful impact and uplifting people in your community.
