Milk Cream Salt Bread: original salt bread filled with a light, fresh milk cream and topped with powdered sugar.

Pistachio Salt Bread: filled with pistachio cream made with real, roasted pistachios.

Black Sesame Salt Bread: original salt bread with black sesame seeds and filled with fresh black sesame cream.

Nutty, buttery, and not too sweet.

There's a short, two-day preorder window for LA delivery or pickup this weekend, 8/8 and 8/9. It's open now and will close at the end of day on 8/6.

While I won't be at any pop-ups this coming month, you have several opportunities to preorder cookies and salt bread.

Preorders open on Sundays on at 11 a.m. PST and close on Wednesday night.

Get your order delivered in L.A. via Uber Courier or pick up in Sherman Oaks (possible other pickup locations TBD).

I realized I didn’t have a dedicated post for salt bread, even though I’ve been offering it for a couple of months. So, this is it.

But I’ve been going back and forth about something for some time now.

Generous Cookie Co. is a cookie company. It’s in the name.

And… I also like making salt bread. And from the feedback I’ve gotten from a bunch of people, they like eating it.

So do I keep things separate and post salt bread on a new account? Do I post both cookies and salt bread here? Should I rebrand and change the name of the company?

I don’t have all of the answers, but I figured I’d get out of my own head, post the darn thing, and figure it out as I go.

If it would be better to start a separate account just for salt bread, I can just delete this and do that. If I want to change the name of the company, I can do that. If I want to make both cookies and salt bread, I can do that.

I’ve been selling cookies for 2.5 years now. That won’t change.

I’ll just also be making salt bread, too.
