Hi everyone 👋
I’m in the early planning stages of opening a storefront and wanted to put out a feeler to connect with local bakers who might be interested in being part of something from the ground up.

This isn’t a rushed hiring post—more of an opportunity to start conversations. I’m looking to connect with bakers who:
• Care deeply about quality, consistency, and food safety
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, respectful kitchen
• Are passionate about scratch baking and learning/growing their craft
• Value reliability, communication, and a positive work environment

The vision is a bakery that focuses on excellent products, clean processes, and good kitchen culture—no chaos, no burnout glorification, just solid work and mutual respect.

After a lot of messages, requests, and patience from you all, the bakery is officially reopening—this time with a schedule that works better for everyone.

Here’s how it will work moving forward:

🍰 Orders CLOSE every Friday
🍰 Pick-up days are Monday & Tuesday

This structure allows me to keep quality high, stay organized, and make sure every order leaves my kitchen exactly how it should.

Thank you to everyone who checked in, waited, and supported even while orders were paused. Your patience didn’t go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate it.

I’m excited to be back and baking for you again—on a schedule that makes sense and keeps everything running smoothly.

Greetings!

We aim to diversify our offerings and attempt something novel. We're enthusiastic about creating this unique cake, which we believe will be a distinct departure from our usual fare.

Would anyone be interested in joining us in this culinary venture?

As this is a new endeavor, we will offer the cake at a reduced price of $25. Additionally, we can deliver the cake for an extra fee that is contingent upon the distance traveled.
