Well… the ovens are off, but apparently the packaging lives on 😅

I’ve got a whole bunch of bakery supplies that need to find a new home, and rather than letting them collect dust (or haunt me from storage), I’m giving them away!

If you bake, meal prep, sell goodies, or just really love free stuff, come by and grab what you can use.

Well folks… that’s a wrap. 💜

Closing this chapter is incredibly bittersweet. Mellies was my happy place, my creative outlet, and a dream I got to live every single day because of all of you.

Thank you for supporting me, cheering me on, and letting me be a part of your lives. I will truly miss you.

As I head into this next chapter and move out of state, I’ll be taking everything I’ve learned and all the love from this place and pouring it into my new Tennessee adventure. 💜

You all showed up BIG for cinnamon rolls today—we are officially sold out of regular 4-packs! 🙌

We still have a few single cinnamon rolls, plus gluten-free cinnamon rolls available in 4-packs (for now 👀).

Good news though—there’s still plenty of sweetness left:

Happy Tuesday… and our final day at Mellies 💛

Well… this is weird.

Three years of chaos, creativity, too much butter, not enough sleep, and letting my ADHD absolutely run the kitchen—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

This place has meant so much to me, but more than anything, you all have. My regulars, my pop-ins, the “just one more slice” people… you made this whole thing what it was.

We’re closing because it’s the right time for our family—not because of you. You showed up for me every single day, and I will never forget that.

Okay… enough feelings before I cry in the cheesecake case 😅

We’re open 11am–8pm (or until we sell out).

We’ve got Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Cinnamon Rolls, and yes… even a few raisin cinnamon rolls for those of you who love them 😉 plus a very limited batch of Marionberry Rolls (found some surprise berries!).

The cheesecake case is full with Reese’s back, plus brownies, cookies, and bread pudding.

Let’s go out the only way we know how—sugar and a little chaos 💛

We’re open today from 11:30am–7pm (just a tiny sleep-in 😄).

Tomorrow we’ll be open 11am–8pm for our final day!

Cinnamon rolls are in the oven and I’ll keep baking as long as you keep showing up for them 🙌

Happy Sunday! I just want to start by saying thank you. To everyone who has stopped in, supported us, shared a post, or brought a friend—this little shop has meant the world to me. I truly love what I do, and I’m so grateful I’ve had the chance to do it for the past 3 years.

We’re soaking in these final days with you!
We’ll be open today and Monday from 11am–7pm, and Tuesday (our last day!) we’ll be open until 8pm.

We’ll have Cinnamon Rolls daily, and I’ll be baking cheesecakes every day to keep the case stocked as best as I can. And… Peanut Butter Explosion is back today! 🙌

Happy Saturday! Our FINAL Saturday at Mellies… and I’m not crying, you’re crying 🥲

We’ve sold out of cinnamon rolls the last couple days, so I made extra today!

Our cheesecake case is fully stocked but disappearing quickly, so if you’ve been eyeing a flavor, this is your sign to come early. We’ve also got cookies, Texas sheet cake, carrot cake, bread pudding, and a very dramatic last 3 lemon bars standing.

Friendly reminder: Tuesday is our last day! We’re usually closed Mondays, but not this week—we’re squeezing in one more day with you all ❤️

Happy Wednesday! We are fully stocked on cookies today (because clearly we all need them 😄), and the cheesecake case is loaded with 15 flavors.

And because y’all asked (loudly 😂), I made ONE LAST Oatmeal Cream Pie Apple Crisp Cheesecake. There are 12 slices… so if you’ve been waiting, this is your moment.

Also, don’t forget! Friday is the LAST day to order whole cheesecakes. The website shuts off at 10 p.m., and that’s it, no last-minute “just one more” messages 😉
