Come visit us during the last Cache Valley Gardeners’ Market of the year! 🥐 🎉 We have had so much fun bringing our bread, pastries, and happy smiles all season long. Stop by tomorrow (10/17) from 9 AM to 1 PM behind the Old Courthouse (199 North Main St. in Logan). Stock up on winter squash and potatoes! Get the last of the season's fresh greens and tomatoes! We will be baking all your favorites, including Black Pepper Parmesan Sourdough and Pumpkin Cheesecake Danishes, and we can't wait to see you there.

Fun fact: When we first opened Le Croissant in 2022, vending weekly at was one of the ways we were able to connect with so many customers so quickly! We're so grateful for the market for helping us and other local producers get our feet under us and look forward to the seasons ahead.

We are all about the TREATS for Halloween, and our pastries are about to take a spooky twist!

This Halloween weekend, our bakers are boxing up some of their favorites to make a pastry gift box. Each box is wrapped with baker’s twine and a gift tag, and includes one of each of the following pastries:

*Charcoal Pain au Chocolat
*Pumpkin Pain Suisse
*Brown Sugar Poptart
*Baker's Choice!

These boxes are perfect for celebrating with your office, sharing with family, or treating yourself! Pre-order yours on our website and schedule your pick-up for Friday, October 30th, or Saturday, October 31st.

All pre-orders must be received by Monday, October 26th. We look forward to baking for you!

Our fan-favorite Fall Harvest Salad has officially made its return! 🥗🍂

Packed with local greens & kale, local winter squash, pickled onions, spelt berries, craisins, spiced pepitas, and parmesan cheese. Served with a side of creamy miso-honey or miso-agave vinagrette. Available daily!

We start with our house Pain au Chocolat, sliced in half and smeared with house caramel and a huge dollop of peanut nougat made with house marshmallow fluff, topped with peanut halves and more caramel… baked again and smothered in chocolate and chopped peanuts. Available Wednesday through Sunday!

The Goddess Chicken Club Sandwich is our new kitchen special!🐔🍅🥬

We stack grilled chicken, house-cured bacon, local lettuce, pickled onions, marinated tomatoes, and cherry peppers onto a scratch-made sesame hoagie. It's all finished with a spread of housemade garlic aioli and Greek yogurt green goddess dressing. Available daily, all October long!

*Pumpkin Spice Cruffin: A towering croissant tossed in cinnamon sugar and filled to the brim with pumpkin spice crème pâtissière. Topped with fresh whip, a dusting of cinnamon, and house caramel sauce. Available daily.

*Snickers Croissant: Our house Pain au Chocolat, sliced in half and smeared with house caramel and a huge dollop of peanut nougat made with house marshmallow fluff, topped with peanut halves and more caramel… baked again and smothered in chocolate and chopped peanuts. Available Wednesday through Sunday.

*Pumpkin Pain Suisse: Striking Pain Suisse filled with melted perfectly-spiced pumpkin pastry cream and Aggie Chocolate Factory Semi-Sweet Chocolate. Brushed with simple syrup, ribbon of fresh local whipped cream, and more chocolate shavings. Available Friday through Sunday.

*Spiced Apple Galette: Ginger- and cinnamon-spiced apples bedded on pie dough and baked to perfection. Glazed with apricot and garnished with sugar crystals. Available Friday through Sunday.
