Good bread makes for good sandwiches… and we love seeing our bread around town! Did you know that Woodsy Art Cafe // Art Supply, Giftshop & Bookstore in Logan, UT uses our ciabatta buns as the bread for their hot paninis? They’ve got such a fun menu, and we can’t get enough of The Woodsy Dog (also available vegan!) and the Card Canyon Veggie Melt!

If you haven’t been to Woodsy Art Cafe // Art Supply, Giftshop & Bookstore in Logan, UT yet, here’s the scoop: Woodsy is a community space for creatives (and everyone else!), located just around the corner from us. Did you know the secret ingredient in our bread and pastries comes from right down the street? We bake exclusively with organic flour milled by our neighbors at Central Milling Company! 🥖🌾🥐

Established in 1867, The Central Milling Company is one of the premier artisan flour mills in the country, and we are lucky enough to have them right here in our own backyard! Meet Julie, one of our star bakery production leaders! She has worked at Le Croissant since the day we opened our doors at 48 Federal in October of 2023, and has been baking for her family of 7 for nearly 2 decades!

She started by staffing the register, but she loves to keep busy and it wasn't long before she joined our bakers behind the scenes. Today, Julie knows our bread and pastries inside and out and is the backbone of our bakery. She problem solves all day, responds to texts in the wee hours of the morning, and does whatever it takes to make sure you get all the delicious pastries you know and love.

Thanks, Julie, for doing it all, and taking such good care of all of us along the way! Yay!
