Happy Sourdough Saturday!
We baked quite a few extras fresh this morning (including a few pumpkin cinnamon rolls which were added to the preorder menu for October 24!)

Here’s what we have this morning:

-4 full classics $10 each
-3 half classics $6 each
-2 half jalapeño cheddar $8 each
-2 half cinnamon swirl $8 each

-5 giant pretzels $6 each

-3 pumpkin cinnamon rolls with maple cream cheese frosting $5 each

-3 three packs chocolate chip cookies $6 each

-2 two packs Apple chai scones $6 each
-1 two pack cinnamon scones $6

Update- All sold out!

We had a soup weather midweek special so we did an extra bake day today. We have a few extra items available if you want to swing by to pick up from our porch stand. Or, you can message us if you want us to set something aside for you.

We have sourdough bread bowls!
Two double bread bowl packs $10 each
Three Single bread bowls $5 each

We also have focaccia and pretzels
Two double packs of pretzels for $5 each
One pan of rosemary sea salt focaccia $10

Sourdough Haus is back in the kitchen, and orders are OPEN for October 10! 🎉

We’ve got a few changes for the cozy season:

🥖 New pickup time: 10:00 AM
🍁 A refreshed menu for the colder months
🥨 MID-WEEK SPECIALS are coming! Think warm, salty pretzels, focaccia, and other little treats that are perfect for an after-school snack or to serve alongside dinner.

And because these specials will pop up throughout the week, turn those notifications ON 🔔 — you won’t want to miss a fresh-baked surprise!

Dear Friends,

After a busy season of baking, it’s time for our family to take a little adventure. Our original plan was to fly out later in August, but we had to move it up, so….

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be in Germany spending time with family, exploring local bakeries, and gathering inspiration to bring back to Sourdough Haus.

During this time, our Colorado ovens will be taking a well-earned rest, and online ordering will be paused.

Thank you for supporting our small family bakery and allowing us the opportunity to step away and recharge. We can’t wait to return with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and of course, plenty of sourdough.

Oops, we did it again! We had a massive bake this morning with lots of extras!
We’ll be around this morning with baked deliciousness for you to pick up and also some of our sourdough starter we’re giving away (just text or dm us so we can have it ready for you)

We also have little packages of 5 mini scones for only $4 today in case you had always wanted to try them!

We’ll add what we have available in the comments as soon as we count it all!!!
