I’m proud to say that I am a licensed home bakery (side note: when picking up your order, please ring the doorbell or knock— do not just come in unannounced 🥴) and also classically trained with an Associate’s Degree in Patisserie & Baking. That combination means your desserts are not only going to be beautiful, but created with professional knowledge and strict safety standards.

My home bakery operates as a limited food establishment inspected by the PA Department of Agriculture. As a licensed home bakery, my kitchen meets state requirements and food safety standards. Cleanliness, proper storage, and safe preparation practices are always a priority.

With a degree in Patisserie & Baking, I’ve been formally trained in baking science, pastry techniques, ingredient functionality, and professional kitchen standards. Baking is both an art and a science.

Although I am unable to sell treats with perishable items (fresh fruits and creams), I am ServSafe certified so I fully understand proper temperature control to safe ingredient handling (cross contact with allergens is a top priority of mine when making an allergen friendly order), your desserts are prepared with food safety in mind so you can confidently serve them to your family and guests.
