Hello from WildFire Bread!

I'm currently working hard on the Rustic White, the Toasted Sesame, the Kalamata Olive-Feta with Fresh Rosemary and Lemon, AND the Raisin-Toasted Walnut! Gotta wrangle those sourdough microbes and concentrate those flavors!

Looks like the rain is taking the day off tomorrow, but I'm not meteorologist!

I sincerely hope I see YOU tomorrow, but if I don't, I hope you have a great weekend!

It's a sourdough, soft Pretzel Day tomorrow! I'll be making the Salted, Everything, and the Garlic-Cheddar! Pretzels are first-come, first-served, so I hope to see you early! :)

The sourdough breads I'm making this week are truly inspired! I'll be making the Rustic White, the Spinach-Artichoke "Dip" bread, and the new Carrot Cake Latte bread!

Marc, Anne, and I hope to see YOU tomorrow, and if we don't, I want you to know that we appreciated you!

Hi Everybody!

Anne is back, and that means the cookies and granola are back, too!

Dave also has some wonderful new soups! Check them out on the menu!

I'll be making the Rustic White, the 6-Seed w/ H**p Hearts, the Chipotle-Jalapeno-Cheddar w/ Fresh Cilantro, and a new and improved Apple-Raisin-Cinnamon! Woot!

This week is a little different. Anne is out and there won't be any cookies and granola. I will be making a half-batch of pretzels to ease the pain a little bit, though! :)

The the breads that I'm making this week are the Rustic White, the Caramelized Onion-Poppy, and a new Orange-Mango-Cranberry!

Hey, I just learned that the building the bakery is housed it is 76 year old! Isn't that amazing?!

Hooray! It's a Pretzel Day tomorrow (Friday)! I'll be making the Salted, Everything, and the Garlic-Cheddar!

The breads I'll be making will be the Rustic White, the Garlic-Asiago + Sun-Dried Tomato + Fresh Rosemary, AND the "Apple Pie" loaf! Man! Does it smell amazing in the bakery!

It's Easter weekend, so I am postponing pretzels until next week. Instead, I am making an extra batch of the Rustic White to grace your tables with. The other loaves that I will be making will be a Potato-Cheddar-Chive-Dill and the Cranberry-Pecan.
