Happy Father's Day Weekend to all the Dads out there! I hope you have a fantastic weekend!

This week I'm making the Rustic White, a "Blue-Mozzarella" with Blue Cheese and Mozzarella, a Multigrain AND Porridge bread, and the Cinnamon-Raisin!

Anne will be bringing her famous cookies and granola, Dave will be bringing the soups, and Farmer Drew will be bringing the greens!

I'm still having issues with my Mailchimp syncing with my Facebook, so bear with me.

Things are moving a little more faster today with this heat, but still at the speed of sourdough! Thank goodness for air conditioning, or things would be completely out of control! :)

Anyhoo, tomorrow I'm baking some Rustic White, the Fresh Milled Whole Wheat (where's this bread for nearly a year???), a Jalapeno-Ghost Pepper Cheddar + Sweet Bell Peppers, and the beloved Double Chocolate Cherry!

I sure hope I see YOU tomorrow!

I hope you all are enjoying the summer weather out there! I'm inside working on some lovely breads and PRETZELS for tomorrow.

The breads will be the Rustic White, the Caramelized Onion-Cheddar, and the Butternut Squash with Mixed Fruit (cherries, cranberries (fresh and dried), golden raisins, and fresh ginger)!

Pretzels will be the Salted, Everything, and Garlic-Cheddar! Woot! Don't forget that pretzels cannot be pre-ordered and are first-come, first-served.

Hello from WildFire Bread!

I'm currently working hard on the Rustic White, the Toasted Sesame, the Kalamata Olive-Feta with Fresh Rosemary and Lemon, AND the Raisin-Toasted Walnut! Gotta wrangle those sourdough microbes and concentrate those flavors!

Looks like the rain is taking the day off tomorrow, but I'm not meteorologist!

I sincerely hope I see YOU tomorrow, but if I don't, I hope you have a great weekend!

The sourdough breads I'm making this week are truly inspired! I'll be making the Rustic White, the Spinach-Artichoke "Dip" bread, and the new Carrot Cake Latte bread!

Anne is back, and that means the cookies and granola are back, too!

I'll be making the Rustic White, the 6-Seed w/ H**p Hearts, the Chipotle-Jalapeno-Cheddar w/ Fresh Cilantro, and a new and improved Apple-Raisin-Cinnamon! Woot!

This week is a little different. Anne is out and there won't be any cookies and granola. I will be making a half-batch of pretzels to ease the pain a little bit, though! :)

The the breads that I'm making this week are the Rustic White, the Caramelized Onion-Poppy, and a new Orange-Mango-Cranberry!

Hey, I just learned that the building the bakery is housed it is 76 year old! Isn't that amazing?!
