Tomorrow is the First Friday of October, and that means it's a Sourdough Pretzel Day! That also means I'll be making one fewer batch of bread. Don't forget that pretzels cannot be pre-ordered, and are sold first-come, first-served. I'll be making the usual Salted, Everything, and the Garlic-Cheddar!

The breads I'll be baking tomorrow will be the Rustic White, a Garlic-Parmesan with Fresh Rosemary AND Fresh Parsley, and an Apple-Currant! ☺️

Check out this newsletter because there are some new items on our menu in addition to some other Fall-related events happening in the area. Good stuff!

Hello there! Guess what? Dave is making soup again this week! Check out the description of his Mexican Street Corn in the menu!

Did you know that Anne Anne brought back the Apple Butterscotch Oatmeal, and the Pumpkin Spice Latte cookies last week???

And this week, I'm making the Rustic White, the Lemon-Rosemary (just in time before we go into Fall next week), a Tomato-Basil with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and the Chocolate-Cherry, but this time not a "Double" Chocolate-Cherry. Hooray!

I'm so grateful that we all survived last week's storm! Sheesh!

I'm also excited that we're introducing newer breads and cookies this week! Anne is bringing back the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Apple Butterscotch Oatmeal, and I'm making new and exciting versions of the Cinnamon-Raisin-Walnut and Multigrain, now called the "SUPER Multigrain!"

I hope you're all okay from last week. I know it wasn't fun. I hope to see you tomorrow and hear about your experiences.

YES!!! It's a Pretzel Day tomorrow! I'll be making the Salted, Everything, and Garlic-Cheddar! Don't forget that pretzels are first-come, first-served!

The breads I'll be baking tomorrow will be the Rustic White, a Jalapeno-Ghost Pepper Cheddar with Fresh Cilantro, and a Cranberry-Butternut Squash with Fresh Ginger that has organically grown butternut squash from my own garden! ☺️

This rain! I'm happy to see that tomorrow looks fairly clear - just in time for fresh sourdough bread, cookies and granola from WildFire Bread!

For tomorrow, I'm making the Rustic White, a Pepperoni-Cheddar, the Lentil-Turmeric, and a Cranberry-Feta-Walnut. I'm super happy with this combination of breads!
