I have what feels like 1 million cookies to share and so many of them are Winnie the Pooh! Yesterday marked a century of that honey loving bear so it felt like a good time to share them all!

I chuckled a little bit when I got this order request for goat and chicken cookies to celebrate a fiancé’s birthday because I know just how many animals my brother-in-law has against his will at this point and I couldn’t help but think the “cookies really are the perfect gift for the man who has begged you not to bring one more thing home”

🤣🤣

I’m not sure if that’s the case for this birthday guy or if maybe my client is the one who said only cookie animals moving forward but either way I hope he felt celebrated on his special day!

It’s never lost on me that you literally trust me to play a small role in some of your biggest, most meaningful life moments, and I will never not be grateful for that.

I know that decorated cookies are a luxury, always, but knowing gas is $4/gallon and $100 at the grocery store gets you eight things on a good day and you still choose to make me part of your events…well, thankful doesn’t feel like a big enough word. But I’ll say it again anyway.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Creating cookies, bringing joy to you through them, it’s the very best job. I literally don’t think I could still be doing this if it wasn’t for all the stories I get to make a teeny tiny appearance in along the way 🫶🏽

Natural colors have come up more and more in recent weeks with some requests for minimal dyes (like edible ink printed patterns) and some requests to avoid all artificial dyes and I just wanted to be sure you know both are an option!

If avoiding/minimizing artificial dyes is something your family is prioritizing just mention it in your quote request!

This fun pool party cookie order was done with The Sugar Art | Color Makers naturals line and the colors were spot on with the decor!

My favorite detail? The swimsuit that matched the birthday girl’s outfit! Those are the little details that really take cookies from decorated cookies to *custom* cookie.

And yes, there is a difference. That’s a hill I’m willing to 🪦😵 on!

I’ve been so excited to share these “One for the Books” cookies! The joy creating them brought was pretty unmatched.

As a reader raising readers.
As a former Little Golden Books kid.

This set was so full of details and designs that felt so uniquely designed for Cayden and at the same time so nostalgic for myself with so, so many classics and rereads from our own bookshelves represented.
