Beware of this scam ‼️

I received a message this evening on my business Facebook messenger regarding a cake order. They “ordered” a small cake. Alarms were going off right away as I was communicating with them because something didn’t feel right. They requested my zelle information to make payment. I gave my phone number. They said that wasn’t enough since it was a business transaction. I gave them my email. This email arrived and I knew something was wrong. Zelle emails will only come from a specific email address, and never a Gmail address, which this one was. I reported the messages and the email as a scam. Luckily I did not click on anything in the email!

Please be extra diligent! Scammers are everywhere and they are very, very sneaky 😡
