Happy Independence Day! I’ll be at the market to help you kick off your celebratory activities at The Farmers Market of Lewisburg from 8-12 Saturday at Robert C. Byrd parking lot. I’ll have a limited number of these celebration flag pies (strawberry/rhubarb and blueberry) available along with many other pies, granola, and other goodies! See you there!

The Farmers Market of Lewisburg will be open this Saturday, July 4th from 8-12 to help you get what you need to celebrate Independence day! Come on out and see us!

The Farmers Market of Lewisburg is celebrating the Fourth of July and the 250th anniversary of the United States with a community grill from 10:30 am to 11:30 am on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

Our generous vendors are donating the fresh meat and vegetables for the grill, giving everyone a chance to enjoy a taste of what our farmers market family brings to the community

Let’s gather, enjoy good food, and support the local vendors who help keep the Lewisburg local food community thriving. Look for Independence Day specials from our vendors.

We look forward to celebrating with you and wish everyone a joyful Fourth of July.

I’ll have two new items: gluten free cream cheese brownies and bacon cheddar rolls!

Fresh Flours will be set up this Saturday, May 2nd at The Farmers Market of Lewisburg from 8-12 at Robert C Byrd Clinic parking lot.

Here’s a sampling of the goodies I’ll have with me:

Shortbread -classic and lemon/lavender
Almond pastries (bankets)
Sourdough English muffins
Granola - Classic Hola granola and nut- free/oat-free paleo
Pies - full size and 4” minis in various flavors

I will also be offering samples of the granola bars I am working and soliciting feedback as I tinker with my recipe. Stop by for a taste!
