Huge thanks to everyone who has been supporting my dreams!! The last 2 bread drops have both been a huge success and a tremendous learning experience.

Last bread drop I sold out of everything except for 2 orders of pepperoni rolls! The Tuesday before that I completely SOLD OUT of everything!! I’m also super grateful for everyone liking and sharing my posts. It really helps me grow my business and continue to do what I love; providing freshly baked sourdough baked goods to my community the fine peeps of Greenbrier county WV. I also really enjoy all the feed back! It helps me continue to develop an even better and more consistent product.

That being said I really want to take the time to thank everyone who were so understanding when orders had to be postponed due to bakes that came out below my standards. I am truly sorry and will continue to work towards adjusting my methods to fulfill higher volumes. Sourdough is a very tricky beast😅. If anyone has gotten a baked good from me that didn’t meet your expectations please DM me and I will make sure you get something you are truly happy with!

Sadly there will be no bread drops for the next 2 weeks. I’m doing some renovations to my bakery space and will have to halt bread production.

On the bright side the bakery will have a makeover that will make everything more efficient, and I will be doing a Free Bread Friday giveaway once production resumes!! Stay tuned for the Deets!!!

- OG Country Loaf: Rustic Sourdough Bâtard made with a blend of Italian 00, local whole wheat, heirloom whole grain flours, malts, salt and water. Classic simple bread.

-Silk bread Sandwich loaf: Super soft silky, not so sour, slightly sweet sourdough milk bread made with soft white winter wheat Italian 00 flour blend, and a combination of B**a and Pasta Madre (Italian preferment and stiff sourdough starter)

This Friday, stop by and grab a loaf of bread ON THE HOUSE!!! Well, technically it will be on the front porch, but you get it. 😅 FREE to anyone who is able and willing to stop by and grab it off the porch before it runs out. Here's the lineup!!

OG Country loaf

The Brioche

Barely Rye Country loaf (in large and small sizes): This is a tester batch similar to the OG Country but with a slightly different flavor profile: nutty, earthy, savory, and slightly sweet.

Here's how it works: The loaves will be packaged, labeled, and waiting on the porch from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This bread drop will be on a first-come, first-served basis. No pre-orders; no deliveries; and most importantly, NO MONEY REQUIRED!!! So don't hesitate to stop by and snag a loaf or two!!

I got a new mixer!!! I really appreciate all the support from you guys and very excited to use this bad boy! So, to celebrate I will be doing a FREE bread drop this Friday 4/3/2026!!!

Here’s how it works. The bread will be available Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm for porch pick up only. No pre orders, first come first serve. Well technically you will be serving your self because, you just stop by grab whatever bread you fancy and ride off into the sun set.😅 You could even take 2 if you want; one for you and one for your bestie! In theory you could take all of it. I mean who’s gonna stop you besides your own moral obligations? 👀 So if you happen to be in Lewisburg wv swing by and get some free bread!!!
