It is time!!! The weather is starting to be kinder, things are feeling cozy. It is time to learn how to bake some sourdough to go with all of your homemade soups and casseroles!

Here are the details for my next class, you must sign up and pre-pay. Class sizes are limited to keep it personal.

You will learn everything you need to make a beautiful loaf of bread from supplies and starter care all the way through baking up a beautiful loaf. I will not only teach you how to bake it in a Dutch oven but also how to open bake in case you don’t have a Dutch oven and you don’t wanna make that commitment.

All the details are below. Please message me with any questions or to sign up!

We just toasted and taste tested our bagels. Crisp on the outside and so soft on the inside!!!

Good morning my lovelies! Quick update for the store drop off this week.

And what do you guys think, a neighborhood pop-up market on Friday or should we set up outside of Honey & Thyme on Saturday for the burg bash? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
