Of all the cakes I’ve ever made this one was the most special to me. This cake is a red velvet cake with a whole cheesecake in the center. It is also a cake for my husband who retired from the Marine Corps this past Friday after 20 years of service. Along with the cake I made sugar cookies and his favorite passion fruit cheesecake ( which I forgot to take a close up picture of).

We can Bearly wait gender reveal cake. The top cake is a vanilla cake colored to reveal if baby is a boy or girl. The bottom tier is a dark chocolate cake with Oreo whipped cream. The sweet bears are made of fondant and gum paste.

I just love it when clients send me new pastry ideas to try out. This my friends is an Indian Cheesecake, I give you the Gulab Jamun Cheesecake! With a buttery biscuit crust infused with Cardamom, Saffron cheesecake center, topped with Gingery Gulab Jamun and decorate in gold flakes and wafer butterflies this cheesecake is packed with flavor!!
