💥 Wow! What a fun First Friday…still too hot out for me, but we loved getting to see so many faces come by for dinner and a treat! 🥳

👀 I got to peek at Pastry Day prep…& spoiler alert ‼️

🫐A test batch of Blueberry Pop tarts for tomorrow’s cases… there are only 6, so I can’t make any promises this weekend 😂 but if all goes well, these could be a Saturday staple… 😘

These will be baked until golden, topped with a glaze and SPRINKLES…it doesn’t get better yall.

It’s First Friday in Downtown Lebanon! Lots of fun things going on and especially this evening is a Creative Crawl all throughout participating Downtown businesses! 🎨

✨ We will be hosting local artist: McKenna Askew from 5-7pm.

We will have a few special menu items for tonight, while they last! 🏃‍♀️

You know when life hits sometimes…be it a death in the family, a new baby is born, or just needing some good comfort food…meal trains are often the route we go!

I love loving people with food. Food is often used for all of the big life moments…happy & sad. Food is the “gap” when you don’t know what to say, but you know people still need to eat.

To me, nothing says “I love you” quite like a friend dropping off dinner during those seasons of life. 🫶🏻

So…what does this have to do with Carmen’s? Well! “Fill the Freezer Friday” was born out of these places. Loving people. Feeding people. Still being able to share something when words don’t come. Just let us do the hard work!

Simply don’t feel like cooking some nights? We got you!

You all have been asking for the return of Family Dinner kits…so this is that, just reimagined with more to love!

➡️ Starting next week; we will have this available in FULL swing on Friday’s to start!

➡️ Tomorrow? We will have a few goodies loaded in the Market fridge for you to grab as we trial run this AFTER 10am. No holds. First-come, first-serve.

So if you need a dinner casserole tomorrow, or cookie dough to bake on the weekend when that craving hits, come grab it while it lasts! Buy to enjoy now or pop in the freezer for later!
