My apologies for not getting this out sooner, this week we will have original, KS blend, croissant, oatmeal maple, cranberry pecan,blueberry. I will have a limited number of sourdough flights along with cinnamon rolls, banana bread, orange honey, Nutella loaf, chocolate cherry scones, and blueberry lemon scones. See you at market tomorrow! Come early!

The charm hunt is this weekend! The farmers market will have charms as well. Come by and grab a sweet or loaf and get a charm.

Hats off to all the bakers out there, I feel your pain. Our kitchens are so hot today! And we do this all for the love of bringing you our best breads. Don't forget to stop by and grab a sweet tomorrow at the PX or the Farmer's Leavenworth Farmers Market on Saturday!
We will be offering:
Original, Croissant, Cinnamon Swirl, Blueberry, Maple Oatmeal and Kansas Blend. Sweets will be Banana Bread, Orange Honey, Nutella, Cranberry Orange Scones, Apple Pie Scones, and Espresso Chocolate Scones and of course Cinnamon Rolls.

AND you know since it has been so humid the rolls are HUGE!
I will also have a limited number of Sourdough Flights. Stay Cool!

Exciting News from Cast Iron Bakery!
We’ve been busy in the kitchen working on a NEW sweet loaf: Blueberry Sourdough!
You’ll find full loaves both at the PX and the farmers market this week.

And that’s not all, we’re introducing something brand new: Sourdough Flights!
It’s a fun way to try four different flavors in one box. I have a limited number available right now, but my goal is to expand production so these can be ready for the holidays.

I’m already dreaming up seasonal flavor combinations to keep things fresh and festive.
