Everything is always gluten free dedicated GF kitchen. I make a variety of GF cakes, cookies, & desserts. I have been baking most of my life & found it to be one of my biggest passions. In 2012 after many Dr's & lots of tests I was diagnosed with Celiacs. Yes that is correct a baker who is allergic to my work!! For a moment it turned my

world, as I know it, upside down and I felt lost and confused. This isn’t a fad or a trend; it is the reality that I have to live with the rest of my life. After a while of wrapping my mind around everything I picked myself off, dusted off the flour off my apron, & started a new chapter (now with GF flour ). I began to bake again but in a totally different way, it was almost like learning to bake all over again. So whether you have celicac's, sensitivity, or just decide GF is for you I have the desserts you have been missing. If you are reading this and are not GF odds are you know someone who is. So please pass along my info and any questions that you may have please ask, I have been there done that. For legal reasons I am a dedicated GF kitchen, but am not certified GF, but given I live this way every day & I know the importance of making sure everything is as safe as it can be.

It may come as a surprise but I often like to watch all those restaurant "takeover/rescue" shows as mindless relaxation. But tonight I heard a well accomplished chef say this to a restaurant owner. And I feel as a small business/entrepreneur we are always chasing that next idea of how to increase sales what we could do differently etc. And we are certainly our worst critic. So when I heard her say this it made me think and that we should give ourselves some grace. As I approach 11 years in business I have had to pivot and sometimes just hold on for the ride. So to all my small business peeps out there just take a moment and think about this Progress over perfection.....And tag your favorite small business below to show them some support!

Call them pancakes, flapjacks, or hotcakes no matter what you call them .... We call them delicious! If you missed our last Pancake Pop Up at Wi******er Farm Exchange we are looking to set an date for September and we will be bringing all the fall flavors! Often the treats and sweets I stock on the weekend at Wi******er Farm Exchange are based around what special/preorders I have and sometimes only just a few extra items when making the orders.. And this weekend really reflects that. It just so happens that I had two of this and two of that. Which I then realized is a reflection of all the rain we have had that we might need to start building an ark and stock it with treats Happy Goat two by two...... 😜. 🦁 🧁 🐐 🍪 🦊 🍩 🐑 😸 🐢 🐒 🐰 🐶

I am very excited to announce a new partnership! Have you been missing a sandwich on HG Gluten Free Bread!? Starting this weekend you can visit The Allerton Gastropub and get your sandwich on HG Gluten Free Bread! I have worked directly with the owner to ensure that the procedures to make your GF sandwich as "safe" as possible. Obviously not a GF kitchen but I am confident in their procedures to provide you with a delicious place to eat. All sauces are GF. I will be working on an updated list on what all we can have to help navigate the menu. And for those of you have been with HG since the beginning they are a hop skip and a jump from where we started our business on E Main St! And also you can grab a drink at the bar who shares the building as well!

Got a question...... Summer has flown by and it's back to school time and surprisingly some schools start next week! 😬🏫. Would anyone be interested..... If I made "lunch box snacks" and "breakfast treats". These would be more kid sized treats sold 2 varieties of 12 items total. This would give you two weeks worth with a couple extra to ya know maybe treat yourself 😉 They would come individually packaged and made to be frozen so in the morning just put in the lunchbox and go and by lunch they would be ready to enjoy. Or the breakfast options would be packs of mini muffins or mini pancakes. Being GF for almost 13 years and in business almost 11 I know the importance of having "normal snacks". And this is especially true for kids. To have those lunchbox treats just like the next kid. I am getting together ideas but need to know if this would be of interest to anyone? Although our storefront is CLOSED today we are STOCKED with all the treats and breakfast favorites at Wi******er Farm Exchange. Don't forget to stock up on Freezer items Take 'N Bake Cinnamon Rolls and Biscuits and all the Gluten Free Sonny Maries buns!

I am not one to get involved in alot of things I see floating around the internet but this one really ruffled my feathers. If you are asking why Gizmo is dressed like a beaver. A small carry out in BEAVERCREEK Ohio is being sued by Buc-ee's because of their logo. Seriously this place has been around long before they showed up. And I have always been curious to stop at Buc-ee's but not now. Big Corp coming in pushing their weight around against these small businesses is ridiculous. So this is why shopping local and supporting your mom and pop shops matter!
