Since I started my baking journey I have been so intimidated by cheesecake but I decided it's time to perfect it. This one is far from perfect of course but it's a nod to my favorite! Dulce de leche cheese cake with a biscoff/almond crust, caramel mousse, whipped cream and caramel drizzle!
