I also love to bake cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, sweet breads & more in MN's south metro. Greetings! My name is Jodi and I am a 20+ year Celiac. One of my children also has Celiac as well as over 200 additional food allergies, including nuts and new allergies often. I am well versed in all kinds of baking and my goal is to bring back joy to those of you who need to eat this way due to reasons

that are your own. My goal is that my treats do not taste gluten free! And according to enthusiastic feedback over the years, they pass with flying colors. I was encouraged to open a bakery for a very long time and the winter of 2024 just worked for me, so here we are! Please reach out, ask questions, invite me to bake something you miss or try one of our old favorites, I am here to make your life just a little bit sweeter.
