🚨🚨🚨CONCESSION TRAILER UPDATE 🚨🚨🚨

After FIVE extremely successful years at the Clay County Fair in Spencer, IA - Simply Sweet Cheesecake has decided not to renew our 2026 contract.

There are several reasons why we chose to step back, but #1 being that it’s just too much added stress in our season of life right now and we are busy enough! Our kids and our sanity will always be our top priority, and things just do not line up for us in this moment. And while the fair was successful for us from the very beginning, and a #1 on my priority list when I started this journey, it’s A LOT of work. A LOT. Imagine how much work it is, and then multiply that times 100 🤣

We want to thank everyone who stopped to see us while we were set-up at the CCF, and who knows, maybe we’ll even see you again! But for now, we’ll catch you on the flip side ✌🏼♥️✨🥳
